- Find, grow and manage new business by developing sales leads through referrals, networking and continuing relationships with existing client base
- Identify needs of prospective customers for security systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, CCTV surveillance systems and similar applications
- Prepare proposals and scopes of work from the initial job walk through to completion of the project, including sign off documentation and closing paperwork for client
- Communicate both verbally and written on an ongoing basis with field personnel as well as corporate security officers, property management companies, and executives in the health care industry
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years minimum in the security industry as a successful sales executive

Security Installation/Service Technician
Responsibilities
· Installation, service and maintenance of high-end access control, video management and intrusion surveillance systems
· The installation of all necessary raceways and cabling to the systems
· Exposure to multiple platforms and technologies used together to provide one cohesive solution for security
· Installation of network connected devices and their programming
· Present a professional image at all times both in personal and vehicle appearance
· Maintain and adhere to operational procedures and complete appropriate documentation
· Assume responsibility for assigned tools, and test equipment
· Develop and maintain good relations with customers
Education and Experience
· Technical background in CCTV, Access control, Security, and electrical (low voltage). Professional certification or training preferred
· At least 3 years experience in the electronics field, with commercial Access Control, CCTV and Security System installations a plus
· High school diploma, plus vocational training or equivalent
· Understanding of job safety practices
Job Skills
· Must have an electrical background and knowledge of electrical materials
· Must have successful experience with complex system installations
· Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team
· Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives with little supervision
· Proficiency in systems applications, Microsoft Office with Microsoft Windows and other related computer applications
Systems Related Knowledge (preferred, but not required)
· SoftwareHouse, AMAG, Continental, Brivo
· Familiarity with Matrix Switches, Multiplexers and DVR’s
· Network video experience
· Relay logic
· Familiar with electric lock hardware installation and servicing
· Southwest Microwave Intrepid systems experience
· Good computer skills
